We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and compilation of documents for use in court proceedings, as well as providing timely and accurate extraction, filtering, analysis, and export of evidentiary material.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and compilation of criminal briefs, court books and other documents for use in court proceedings.
* Provide timely, accurate and effective extraction, filtering, analysis, and export of evidentiary material collected by ASIC utilising a range of document management and litigation support tools.
* Collaborate closely with our team of Consulting Analysts to implement and report on progress of evidence review within ASIC's evidence management system.
* Follow established procedures to support and administer assigned cases within ASIC's evidence management system.
* Provide advice and support to internal clients with evidence management inquiries.
* Manage workflow systems in accordance with agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in eDiscovery, legal services, professional services, or operational/data processing environments.
* Technical expertise and skills to resolve complex enquiries and issues as they arise.
* Effective stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills, with the ability to present information to varied audiences.
* Experience in the use of litigation support tools such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation EDT, Relativity or similar.
* Data and digital skills, including familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), relational databases (MS Access).
