About The Role
We're seeking motivated and enthusiastic Senior Project Managers of 8 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic TSA Riley team in Queensland! As a result of recent and ongoing successes, we're excited to invite applications for Senior Project Manager positions based in Brisbane working across Property sectors including education, commercial, health, aviation, arts, sports, retail, and aged care- and provide an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our community.
About You Preferred qualifications: Tertiary degree in construction, architecture, or engineering. From 8 to 15 years' experience in Property client-side project management (education, commercial, health, aviation, arts, sports, retail, and aged care). 2+ years Contractor-side experience preferred. Extensive experience across all phases of the project lifecycle including: Design Management Procurement Programming and scheduling Contract Administration Cost Control Delivery Superintendency Commissioning A team player that demonstrates a collaborative approach to project delivery in a shared team culture.
