**About us**
This role will operate within the Asset Management (AM) based in Bendigo. The Facilities Management team delivers scheduled, preventative and reactive repairs and a range of ancillary hard and soft facility services, minor project/building works to ensure continuity of building operations, also manage services to achieve compliance under Essential Safety Measures.
**About the role**
The Facilities Manager BLC will be a part of a team that's delivers scheduled, preventative and reactive repairs and a range of ancillary hard and soft facility services to ensure continuity of building operations providing operational support to all stakholders within the newly established Bendigo Law Courts.
The role will assist the FM team deliver service excellence across all Jurisduictions with Court Services Victoria and will require excellent organisational skills and ability to work within a small team.
A key function of this role is to provide facility services for the new Bendigo Law Courts. This role will work closely with Senior Registrar, CSV Major Projects, jurisdictions, building tenants, stakeholders, specialist contractors and other services to ensure the BLC facilities and office accommodation remain fit for purpose and meet the functional and operational requirements of court users and tenants.
**About you** 
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects, systems improvements and process and policy development 
- Demonstrated experience in working automatously to provide timely response to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and follow through to effective conclusion. 
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery and an ability to utilise maintenance management systems or similar to respond to stakeholders' requirements. 
- A proactive approach with a focus on delivery, strong client relationship management, strategic thinking, and commitment to quality assurance.
