Gove District Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated administrative leader to join our team as Patient Services Manager.
This senior operational role provides leadership and oversight of Patient Services, Medical Records, Clinical Coding, Health Informatics and Hospital Revenue functions supporting healthcare delivery across East Arnhem Land.
Working closely with hospital leadership and clinical teams, the Patient Services Manager ensures the integrity of patient activity reporting, effective administration systems, and compliant management of Medicare and compensable revenue streams. The role leads a multidisciplinary administrative workforce and plays an important role in supporting the efficient operation of hospital services that underpin quality patient care.
About you
* Leadership experience in hospital administration, health information management or a comparable complex service environment
* Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting operational or health activity data
* Experience managing teams and service delivery functions
* Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and executive leadership
* Strong communication skills and the ability to provide policy and operational advice
