Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Technician to join our expanding IT team.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support for PC, network, and server issues
* Offer expert advice on Microsoft operating systems and peripheral knowledge
* Troubleshoot basic network issues and maintain computer hardware understanding
Additional advantageous skills include the ability to configure desktop PCs from scratch and contribute to IT documentation by logging calls and improving procedures.
A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.
