About the Role
As Ventias Operations Support Administrator you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of our operational activities. From booking travel to managing documentation and training records your work will directly support the teams that keep our operations moving.
This is a permanent full‑time role based in our Toowoomba office (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage travel bookings for crew members.
* Process and track Change of Positions.
* Maintain and update internal systems and documentation.
* Manage training records and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
* Provide general administrative support across the operations team.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role or a strong willingness to learn.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (desirable).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive team‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
