About the Role
As a facilities coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly across multiple sites. You will serve as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, responsible for:
* Managing maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, and operational needs.
* Supporting building services including mailroom, meeting rooms, and events.
* Coordinating contractors and vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Assisting with expenditure tracking and invoicing.
* Championing workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
* Contributing to projects such as fit-outs, relocations, and space utilisation studies.
