Administration Assistant (Scheduling Production) – Location: Edinburgh
Help keep production moving! We're looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Frame Truss team in Edinburgh. This is a fast‐paced role at the heart of our operation, supporting scheduling, production, purchasing and customer order administration to ensure materials, paperwork and jobs flow smoothly through the business. About the role
Working closely with Sales Support, suppliers, production teams and schedulers, you'll play a critical role in coordinating customer orders, managing purchase orders, preparing production documentation and supporting scheduling activities across our Frame Truss operations. No two days are the same. One minute you'll be liaising with suppliers about material deliveries, the next you'll be updating production paperwork, preparing site packs or assisting with job costing and invoicing support. Your attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities will directly contribute to production efficiency, customer satisfaction and on‐time delivery performance.
