Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Horticulture Supervisor to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in the success of our operations at our Robe site in South Australia.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing soil, tiling, planting, fertilising and harvesting crops. Additionally, you will coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and labourers, carry out and oversee the planting program, and supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in a relevant field plus at least 1 year of relevant experience or at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in horticultural operations/farm management is essential, as well as basic mechanical knowledge and experience working with large scale agricultural machinery. An unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence and Chemical User Certificate Accreditation are also required.
