This pivotal role will lead the creation and execution of our Group Growth Strategy, driving both organic and non-organic growth opportunities to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients, people, and shareholders. What you’ll do: • Lead growth strategy: design, execute, and measure Liberty’s growth plan, ensuring alignment with the Group strategy. • Win new work: build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, lead negotiations, and deliver tenders for complex, high-value projects. • Shape the future: assess and recommend mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. • Build capability: mentor and develop high-performing teams across the business to deliver sustained growth. • Champion innovation & sustainability: integrate ESG principles, embrace new technologies, and foster creative solutions.
