Central Leederville Dental is a boutique, family‐owned and operated dental practice in Western Australia, dedicated to providing quality dental care in a warm, welcoming environment.
As a small practice, every member of our team is vital to our success. We are looking for a dedicated Dental Receptionist who shares our core values and is ready to grow with us.
Our Culture
* Exceptional Patient Care: We don't cut corners. Every patient is treated with the highest level of clinical excellence and attention to detail.
* Kindness and Respect for Each Other: We spend a lot of time together. We believe in a supportive, drama‐free environment where we lift each other up.
* A Culture of Servitude: We are here to serve our patients and each other. This means a "no task is too small" attitude—whether it's making a patient a cup of tea, ensuring the sterilization room is spotless, or helping a teammate during a busy rush.
The Role
This full‐time role involves the management of all aspects of our reception. This includes interacting with patients, supporting our dentists and clinical staff, and being a key communicator and facilitator of all aspects of the team.
* Reception: Welcoming patients, managing appointments, answering phone calls with a smile, and processing payments. Experience with dental practice management software is preferred but not essential.
* Support: General administrative tasks and ensuring the practice remains tidy and professional. Help coordinate tasks to optimise efficiency and support clinical staff.
For the right candidate, there is opportunity to expand your duties, whether it be clinical assisting or practice and staff management.
About You
The right candidate understands that a small business requires a strong work ethic and a "hands‐on" approach. We are looking for someone who:
* Communicates with clarity: You can explain procedures to patients and coordinate seamlessly with the clinical team.
* Embraces hard work: You find satisfaction in a productive, busy day and are proactive in finding ways to help the practice run smoothly.
* Is highly organized with attention to detail: You can switch between clinical and administrative tasks without losing focus.
* Values integrity: You take pride in your work and understand the responsibility of patient care.
Candidates must be Australian permanent residents or citizens. A background in dental assisting will hold you in higher stead than other candidates.
What We Offer
* A stable, respectful, and supportive workplace.
* The opportunity to work in a practice that prioritises people over numbers.
* Ongoing training and professional development.
How to Apply
If you are a hard‐working professional who believes that kindness and quality go hand‐in‐hand, we would love to meet you. Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter explaining how a culture of servitude resonates with you.
