Project Manager Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the execution, planning, and monitoring of large-scale projects. This involves establishing and maintaining project control systems, including cost management, schedule coordination, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Management:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets.
* Analyze and track project expenditures to identify variances.
* Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts.
* Recommend corrective actions to ensure projects remain on budget.
2. Financial Management:
* Manage workforce plans, incorporating updates based on actuals and forecasting resource requirements.
* Administer timesheet submissions, reviewing for accuracy and inputting into SAP.
* Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Prepare and submit monthly accruals.
* Manage client monthly financial reporting, including preparing estimates, forecasting, and providing input into monthly project status reports.
* Oversee project WBS elements, reporting on revenue and cost variations.
* Assist in bid estimation and pricing schedule processes for contract changes.
3. Document Control:
* Maintain organized and accessible project documentation.
* Ensure version control and manage document distribution.
* Support project audits.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
* Prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
* Analyze project performance data to provide insightful recommendations.
* Assist in the preparation of project change orders and claims.
5. Collaboration:
* Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather data and ensure project control accuracy.
* Communicate project control issues and recommendations effectively.
6. Continuous Improvement:
* Stay up-to-date with best practices in project management.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management function.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field (desired)
* Minimum 5 years experience in project accounting/finance business partner roles
* Proven experience with EACs and revenue recognition in line with percent complete
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi, and Defence industry experience highly regarded
* AGSVA security clearance required
