What You’ll Be Doing: Buyer Manager As Buyer Manager, you'll take the lead in managing the buyer journey from initial enquiry through to successful negotiation. The ideal candidate has direct real estate sales experience with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end sales process Attending Saturday opens and building strong rapport with buyers Matching buyers to listings, organising private inspections & driving buyer engagement Qualify and nurture buyer enquiries Managing the buyer experience, follow-ups, offers, and buyer negotiations Identifying hot buyers & urgent opportunities for listings Supporting the full sales cycle including pre- and post-sale inspections Handling admin tasks, CRM updates, and ensuring top-tier client service Assisting the sales team and lead agents with daily activities, campaigns, and client care Sales Associate As a Sales Associate, you’ll work alongside one of the team's top-performing agents and gain invaluable hands-on experience, with mentoring, structure, and exposure to every part of the sales process. The ideal candidate has fantastic interpersonal skills and focused on building a long-term rewarding career in real estate. Prospecting, nurturing the database and exhausting warm leads Book appointments for the lead agent Assist with local area marketing, letterbox drops or flyers Assist with appraisals, listing presentations and pre-listing prep Coordinate photography, copywriting, floorplans & signboards Prepare agency agreements, vendor reports, and sales materials Conduct open homes, private inspections, and additional property visits Assist with buyer follow-up, negotiations, and inspections Maintain accurate CRM records and buyer matching Manage sales file compliance and documentation Assist with weekly vendor reports and feedback Help deliver a premium client experience from start to finish Support agent marketing and social media content Maintain team presentation and uphold brand voice Must Haves Full-time availability including Saturdays Flexibility for after-hours work as needed as per team and client requests Current Certificate of Registration at a minimum Passion for people, property, and creating standout client experiences Strong communication skills - confident, clear, approachable Organised, switched-on, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once Tech-savvy and familiar with CRMs, social media, and Google Suite A positive, adaptable attitude with a genuine hunger to learn Valid driver’s licence and reliable car Bonus if you have: Prior experience in real estate, retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles NOTE: You may not tick every box, you may not even have real estate experience, but you’re prepared to step up, prove yourself and fight for the opportunity.
