Construction Support Coordinator About the opportunity:
The Construction Support Coordinator is part of the Weeks Homes Construction team and reports to the State Building Manager. The key focus is to provide day‐to‐day admin support to the construction teams to help meet targets and deadlines.
* Monitor and maintain the Construction inbox and ensure enquiries are handled promptly
* Prepare key reports to track claims, progress, and team performance
* Review plans and documents for accuracy and compliance
* Create and maintain job files to support Site Managers
* Liaise with councils, engineers, and other external stakeholders to follow up required documentation
* Work with Site Managers, Area Managers, and leadership to improve systems and processes
* Monitor and record daily leave and absenteeism for the department
About you:

* Experience in administration, including scheduling and coordinating
* Strong IT skills, confident use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and provide clear updates
* Knowledge of building/construction processes is an advantage, but not essential
* A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
