Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Lodge new claims via phone, email, or digital channels
* Make liability assessments and sound decisions
* Meet individual and team KPIs
* Handle customer objections and resolve escalations
* Ensure customers are supported throughout the process
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation
* Work cross-functionally to support successful outcomes
What You'll Bring
* Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
* Ability to manage client issues (insurance, repair delays, policy matters, etc.)
* Confident in decision-making, problem solving, and documentation
* Experience in claims, credit hire, or insurance (preferred)
