You will own the roadmap for loyalty offers and campaign capability, improving how members receive relevant, timely, and value-driven promotions across digital and in-store channels. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the roadmap for loyalty offers and campaign capability
Translate commercial and customer challenges into scalable product solutions
Drive personalisation through data, segmentation, and real-time decisioning logic
Partner with marketing, loyalty, data and engineering teams to deliver cohesive experiences
Measure performance and continuously optimise promotional effectiveness
What we're looking for
Proven Product Manager experience in digital environments
Background in loyalty, promotions, personalisation or large-scale customer programs
