Job Description
Lions Club Rochdale are seeking enthusiastic gaming attendants. No experience required, training provided. Shift work involved with early starts - 7am and late finishes 4.15 am
Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient service across gaming areas Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Monitor and resolve minor gaming machine issues and escalate faults where required Ensure all RSA, RSG and Liquor Licensing obligations are met Maintain a high standard of customer experience at all times
Support Keno operations and customer enquiries (training provided) Assist with cash handling and reconciliation Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented environment
About You You will demonstrate:
A strong understanding of RSA and RSG requirements Current RSA and RSG certification A customer-first attitude and collaborative team approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays A practical, solution-focused approach when handling gaming floor issues
