The Role
* Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
* Track and document each child's learning and development journey
* Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
* Develop tailored learning plans to support each child's individual growth
* Provide hands on guidance to help children achieve their developmental milestones
Role Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
* Prior experience working in a lead role
* Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children's interest and development
* Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
* Full working rights in Australia &Valid WWCC
* Current child protection, food safety and first aid certificates
