Position Overview
We are looking for experienced civil construction professionals to contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects. Successful candidates will work as part of a dynamic team across various construction sites, performing tasks that support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisors & Leading Hands
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of plant operators, pipelayers, and labourers.
- Ensure all staff follow safety procedures, site rules, and company policies.
- Support HR in the implementation of workplace policies, including incident reporting and hazard management.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to team members.
- Monitor work quality and productivity, and report any issues to management.
- Maintain site records, including daily logs, attendance, and equipment usage.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
