Role Description
* Proven success in building and managing commercial and strategic partnerships that deliver revenue growth
* Strong sales capability with the ability to open doors, build trust, and close high‑value opportunities
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that influence stakeholders at all levels
* Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities, interpret data, and shape partnership strategies
* Demonstrated ability to independently create, pitch, and execute partnership plans that drive business expansion
* Experience in signage, brand‑building, creative production, or experiential environments is highly advantageous
* Ability to work on‑site in Tuggerah, NSW, with occasional travel for partner meetings, pitches, and industry events
