Ward Clerk Role
The Ward Clerk will provide support and assistance to patients and their families within our hospital. This role requires a passionate and approachable administrative professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
* Key responsibilities include admission and discharge processes, managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing timely and accurate information to queries, and working alongside medical staff to ensure a smooth hospital experience for patients.
The ideal candidate will have minimum two years' experience in an administration hospital-based role, intermediate-advanced skills utilising the Microsoft Office suite, high level time management and organisational skills, and previous experience using Patient Information Systems and hospital mainframe systems.
