Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects from pre‑construction and tender through to handover and defects.

* Proven track record as a Project Manager for a Principal Contractor within the Australian market.
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline.
* Experience across commercial, industrial, or institutional sectors is highly regarded.
* A motivator who cares for their team and knows how to drive performance through engagement.
* Strong skills in negotiation, contract letting, and budget management.
