Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing technical support to staff via various channels.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide level 1 technology support to staff via the helpdesk, ticketing system, phone, and in-person.
* Support Microsoft Windows desktops in an Active Directory environment.
* Assist with deployment and management of mobile technology using a Mobile Device Management system.
* Assist users with Microsoft Office 365 applications and printing needs.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong experience with Windows 10 down to driver level.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
* Demonstrated history of troubleshooting Windows operating systems and computer hardware and software issues.
* Experience in a Service Desk environment resolving level 1 technical issues and fulfilling requests in a timely manner.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable on the phone.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
* Current National Police Check to utilize CCTV software.
