The Role
Based across our Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast display homes, you'll guide clients through the journey from first enquiry to tender and deposit — confidently, proactively, and with a service standard that sets the benchmark. This role includes weekend work across our display homes; this is where buyer traffic is highest and where top performers make their money.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales process from enquiry → tender → deposit
* Present home designs, lifestyle options, and site solutions
* Manage 20–40+ active leads at any given time
* Follow up fast and consistently — across calls, SMS, and email
* Build a referral network with agents and developers
* Maintain accurate CRM records, tasks, and follow-up schedules
What You Must Bring
* Proven success in sales within the residential building industry if preferable
* Strong communication, and thrive on technical information
* Self-driven, organised, and competitive — you like winning
* Ability to work weekends
* Discipline in CRM, follow-up, and activity management
Performance
