About The Role
This is a newly created role offering autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to shape strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and executing growth strategies to expand the NDIS client base
* Establishing and managing business development systems, pipelines, frameworks, and processes
* Leveraging existing networks and sector relationships to generate new opportunities
* Driving referrals across Support Coordination, Plan Management, SIL providers, and other NDIS stakeholders
* Representing the organisation at meetings, networking events, and industry presentations
* Working closely with leadership to refine service offerings and strengthen market positioning
About You
* Proactive, self-motivated, and outcomes-driven
* Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of targets and deliverables
* A strong relationship builder with proven business development or sales experience in the NDIS or disability sector
* Confident engaging stakeholders and developing referral pathways
* Experienced in building and implementing systems and processes to support sustainable growth
