Your Role: First Impressions Matter
As the first point of contact for our customers, tradespeople, and insurance partners, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth, stress-free experience from the very first phone call.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone and email, always with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Answering and directing incoming calls promptly and accurately to the appropriate team members
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating urgent repairs or site inspections with precision
- Maintaining up-to-date records and entering data accurately across multiple internal systems
- Supporting claims processing by managing admin tasks within strict timeframes
- Liaising with insurers and trades to ensure claims progress efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills (we use multiple systems and portals)
- Great time management and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in insurance, construction or property repairs is desirable but not essential — we’ll provide full training
