****The Job:**As an HR Advisor, you will be part of our ANZ HR Team, working to deliver HR initiatives and strategies aligned with company objectives.
**Your duties will include:*** Building local HR strategies that align with departmental goals to ensure delivery of successful outcomes.
* Partnering with the leadership team and other key internal stakeholders on employee cost management initiatives.
* Providing hands-on HR operational support and coaching.
* Driving engagement initiatives to ensure strong, positive employee relations.
* Supporting site managers, interpreting awards/EBAs, administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
* Training and supporting managers on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
* Conducting induction programs with new starters.
**The Person:*** Previous HR Experience in a warehousing or distribution environment* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Awards and EBAs* Exposure working in a large, fast paced environment.
