About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
You will be the face of our organization, representing us in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience when interacting with us, whether it's in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.

Additionally, you will be required to stay up-to-date with our products and services, as well as any changes or updates that may affect our customers.
This is a full-time position located in Port Lincoln, and you will be expected to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
