You'll manage schedules, coordinate board meetings, prepare presentations, and support key projects that shape the future of our business.Every day will be different, and you'll play a big part in keeping our executive team focused, organised, and moving forward.What You'll DoKeep the CEO and Executive Team on track with well-managed calendars and meetingsPrepare polished board papers, reports, and presentationsCapture accurate minutes and manage confidential documentsBe the first point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondenceSupport special projects with research, analysis, and reportingBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersBring order, structure, and efficiency to everything you touchYou're not just organised, you're three steps ahead.
