Part of the Moora Citrus group that encompasses over 300Ha of farming operations in both Moora and Gingin - the group is the largest producer of citrus fruits in Western Australia and also provides services to growers of Pomegranates, Stonefruit and other fruit throughout the year.
Working domestically with major retailers, independents and food service. NVP also exports to over a dozen countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

About the role:
This is a vital and hands-on leadership role based at our Head Office in Bindoon, Western Australia. You'll be expected to work closely with the team on the floor, especially during peak season, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Full-time, Monday - Friday with weekend and overtime work required during the busy period (June - September).
Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibilities, whilst not limited to, will include:
* Liaise with the General Manager to ensure efficient personnel and operations management throughout the packing shed.
* Provide support and supervision to the operations team in each of their roles to ensure smooth efficient production
* Assist in the development of annual budgets and monitor weekly and monthly outcomes
* Ensure all compliance requirements are met, including WH&S, Food Safety, SEDEX, PALM and export protocols are compliant.
* Lead by example with a strong floor presence during daily operations, working side-by-side with the team to solve problems and keep production moving.
What we want in you:
* Good operational principles and communication skills with an eye for detail and an ability to achieve improvements for the business, well-planned and organised
* Great management and supervision skills, with the ability to coordinate teams in an efficient and friendly manner, while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.
* Advanced Computer Skills
* Be a holder of certificates or licenses in the following;
* Forklift
* Chemical handling
* First aid
* Fire warden
* Post-harvest treatments of fruit.
