Work Location: Derrimut (Static site location)
Working arrangement: 12-hour rotation shift (4 on, 4 off - 2 days/2 nights - 6 am-6 pm/6 pm-6 am)

The Role
As a CBRE Data Center Shift Lead, you will oversee a team performing advanced preventative maintenance and complex repairs within a Data Center environment. Your responsibilities include managing workflows, ensuring safety, conducting site inspections, reviewing equipment data, and leading safety and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of experience; experience and education may be combined in lieu of a diploma.
Certificate III - Electrical, Grade A Electrician (Non-restricted)
Driver's license
Australian Citizen - NV1 Clearance
Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting 50 lbs, standing, climbing, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
