This position involves servicing customer sites across the state, providing excellent relationships and support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with electronic and mechanical equipment, a good understanding of computers and Windows operating systems, and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing maintenance, upgrades, and repairs at customer sites.
* Managing customer relationships and providing both on-site and remote support.
* Completing reports related to services rendered and expenses incurred.
* Contribute to team efforts aimed at improving service delivery performance.
Requirements:
* Prior experience working with electronic and mechanical equipment.
* A good understanding of computer systems and Windows operating systems.
* A valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Tasmania.
