The Role:
Join a high-impact team driving the OTR Group's commercial success by shaping and executing pricing strategy and partnering with key stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities. Reporting to the National Commercial Insights Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering data-driven, customer-centric commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:
As the Pricing & Promotion Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development and execution of pricing and promotional strategies across the OTR and Reddy Express networks. You will ensure pricing decisions are underpinned by robust analysis, optimise category performance, and support long-term commercial growth.

You will provide:

* Analysis of pricing, cost of goods, and promotions to identify risks and opportunities.
* insights that shape pricing strategies across OTR and Reddy Express brands.
* Monitoring of market trends to guide commercial decisions and margin management.
* Evaluation of promotional performance to inform future strategies.
* Clear recommendations and presentations to drive strategic conversations.

About You

* 4–7 years' experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or business analysis.
* Proven experience developing pricing or promotional strategies, ideally in retail or FMCG.
* Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
* Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Macros).
* Working knowledge of Power BI and SQL (highly desirable).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively and influence commercial decision-making.
