About the Company
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join their expanding team based in Erskine Park.
This is a rapid-paced environment where no two days are the same.
About the Role
- Planning and monitoring fleet movements
- Allocating freight for transportation
- Booking and coordinating driver runs
- Managing driver hours
- Ensuring CoR and Fatigue Management compliance
- Coordinating and communicating with drivers to ensure they understand all allocated tasks
- Maintaining fleet management reporting
- Supporting day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with warehouses and clients to maintain effective customer relationships
Key Requirements
- Experience managing or coordinating a fleet of 30+ vehicles (HR to MC)
- Strong understanding of CoR and Fatigue Management
- Good knowledge of Sydney locations and suburbs
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a fast-paced transport administration, warehousing, distribution or courier environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to learn, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
