About the Role
As a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations. Your expertise will be utilized to evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs, identify future employment or training options, and conduct assessments.
* You will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
* Engage with key stakeholders to build strong relationships and facilitate business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
* Evaluating client treatment and rehabilitation needs.
* Assisting clients in identifying transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
* Conducting various assessments, such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
* Developing and implementing effective case management strategies.
* Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:
* Professional registration with relevant authorities (AHPRA, ESSA).
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
* A current Working with Children Check.
* A willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
