About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to lead an experienced team and take their career to the next level. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a high-performing team, maintaining clinical standards and stock control, creating exceptional patient experiences, handling administrative tasks, marketing the practice, recruiting and managing staff, and ensuring full-time availability (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
* Coach and develop a high-performing team
* Maintain clinical standards and stock control
* Create exceptional patient experiences - from warm welcomes to seamless account management
* Handle admin including EFTPOS and HiCaps
* Market the practice to grow patient numbers
* Recruit and manage staff
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need strong business and people management experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, commercial savvy, confidence tackling tough conversations, and the ability to connect with everyone from doctors to patients. Primary care medical experience is desirable but not essential.
