Provide end-to-end technical support for residential and C&I energy storage systems in Australia, covering pre-sales solution design and post-sales technical support.
Work closely with sales and channel partners to understand customer and project requirements, develop ESS system configurations, and support technical discussions during the sales process.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including system diagrams, BOMs, and basic technical calculations.
Support system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, primarily through remote technical support and coordination with internal teams.
Ensure system solutions and technical support activities comply with Australian standards and grid connection requirements.
Act as a technical interface between customers, installers, and internal product, R&D, and service teams.
3+ years of experience in technical support, pre-sales engineering, or system engineering within solar, ESS, or power electronics.
Familiarity with Australian electrical standards and grid requirements (or strong learning capability).
Ability to read and prepare single-line diagrams, system layouts, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
Comfortable working closely with sales, channel partners, and cross-functional global teams.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
