Your new role as Oncology Nurse:
Due to the ongoing growth of our day infusion lounge, we have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and patient-centered Oncology Registered Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team.
About you (essential criteria):
Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
Minimum 2 years' post graduate experience with demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and practice.
Clinical experience in oncology/haematology setting highly desirable.
IVC & CVAD competency highly desirable.
Anti-Cancer Drug Administration (ADAC) qualification, or willingness to complete.
A commitment to customer service and quality improvement.
Ongoing commitment to professional development.
A positive attitude and an adaptable approach to problem solving and decision making.
Organisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical time frames.
Strong collaborative interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Immunisation evidence and serology report in accordance with NSW Health.
An understanding of NSQHS and ability to apply to clinical care.
Relevant Oncology postgraduate qualifications, or working towards same.
Familiarity with desktop applications, including WebPAS and CHARM.
