 
        
        Our client is a very well known NFP organisation based in St Leonards looking for a Finance Admin Officer to join the team on an immediate start. Initially, this role will be a 12 month Fixed Term Contract working full time hours, with flexibility to WFH 50% of the time!
**The Role** 
- Responsible for calculating payments for a portfolio of customers; 
- Preparing ad-hoc invoices 
- Assisting finance manager with AP & invoicing. 
- Liaising directly with clients on payments due. 
- General office ad-hoc duties
**About You** 
- Previous experience in a similar Finance/AP/Accounts position 
- Ability to work in a fluid environment and assist the wider team when required 
- Experience working with a large ERP system 
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills 
- Excellent attention to detail 
- Customer service focus.
