ROLE PURPOSE
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for providing expert solutions & insights relevant to their assigned portfolio. This role drives high levels of customer satisfaction, develops strategic partnerships and ensures Winc is helping our customers achieve a better work-life.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Manage retention and profitability of contracts
* Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall company strategy
* Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
* Maintain expert knowledge of the industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
* Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
* Grow Share Of Wallet within assigned territory
