Overview
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to $144,000 inclusive of superannuation and includes 3 months of accommodation covered to help you settle in. This aged care home is located 1 hour from Launceston.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage clinical care teams, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulations.
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
* Mentor and support staff, promoting professional development and effective teamwork.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in residential aged care within Australia.
* Proven leadership experience in a clinical or management role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Australian working rights; no sponsorship or offshore applicants will be considered.
