We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Member Experience team as the Manager Community. This role leads the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of community engagement and education initiatives that enable our advocacy strategy, purpose pillars and brand promise.

This leadership role bridges community needs with RACT objectives, creating impactful programs that drive positive social outcomes while strengthening brand presence, stakeholder relationships, community engagement and contributes to our vision of creating a valued relationship with all Tasmanian’s. This role will set the tone and lead by personal example to drive a culture consistent with RACT values.

Successful candidates will have:

Minimum 8 years experience in community engagement, program management, or related fields with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community programs aligned with organisational strategy.

Experience in partnership development and stakeholder management across diverse communities.

Strong understanding of advocacy, and community engagement methodologies.

Ability to drive the implementation of the overall community engagement strategy.

Ability to leverage relationships with schools, State Government Departments and other Automobile Clubs to assist the business achieve community goals.

Accountability to ensure major events are planned and achieved efficiently, effectively and productively across the function.
