Job Description
The Thrive Case Officer will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to public housing tenants in remote Aboriginal communities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide tenancy advice, case management and education to residents
2. Conduct home assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to families
3. Support clients with rental deductions, arrears management and property maintenance reporting
4. Foster strong relationships with residents, community members and stakeholders
5. Contribute to strategic initiatives and program development
6. Monitor and report on case progress against key performance indicators

This is a community-based placement requiring you to reside and work within a remote Aboriginal community.
You will need to balance professional case management with cultural sensitivity and hands-on support.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated cultural competency and willingness to work closely with Aboriginal communities
* Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain accurate records
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Current C or C-A class driver's licence
* Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products
