Customer Service Role
As a Customer Service Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
* Ensure a friendly atmosphere at all times;
* Bar service and glass collection;
* Replenish food and beverage products effectively;
* Offer exceptional café services, including barista and drink service, and food preparation;
* Deliver outstanding gaming experiences, including service, cash handling, and support for TAB and Keno;
* Assist with functions and events as needed;
* Cash handling and use of cash registers;
* Maintain a clean environment.
Requirements
* A minimum 1-year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry;
* Superb communication and customer service skills;
* A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently;
* A high standard of personal grooming;
* Ability to work under pressure and problem solve efficiently;
* Capability to work proactively and initiate tasks;
* Hold RSA/R CG and TAB Corp basics Certificates;
* A history of accurate and efficient cash handling is essential;
* Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
