Concrete Plant Supervisor (Raleigh or Nambucca Heads)
Are you an experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor or a skilled Operator ready to step up?
We have an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Supervisor to join our team, based in either Raleigh or Nambucca Heads.
We are offering both casual and permanent opportunities with an attractive hourly rate and a diverse role that combines operational and administrative duties.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of front-end operations and customer-facing responsibilities.
You will be the key point of contact for the plant, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service for order placement and dispatch.
- Taking orders, finalizing sales, and batching concrete.
- Developing and managing rosters for the truck fleet.
- Ordering and managing materials to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Operating a front-end loader for material handling and plant duties.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar concrete plant or ready-mix role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated experience operating a front-end loader.
- The ability to thrive and manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of concrete production and dispatch processes is essential.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate of $39.40 - $49.25, based on experience.
- Excellent earning potential with overtime and penalty rates where applicable.
