Asset Finance Broker
to join our team.
About the Role
As an Asset Finance Broker at lendlab, you'll manage clients end-to-end — from initial enquiry through to settlement — using our
advanced internal software
to streamline applications, reduce friction, and improve approval outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who wants the

Key Responsibilities
* Assess client financial profiles and lending needs
* Match clients with the most suitable lender based on policy and structure
* Prepare, submit, and manage applications through to settlement
* Utilise lendlab's advanced software to progress deals efficiently
* Liaise with lenders, dealers, and clients
* Negotiate rates and structures where appropriate
* Maintain compliance and documentation standards
* Deliver a transparent, high-quality client experience

What We're Looking For
* Experience in asset finance or lending (brokerage or banking)
* Strong understanding of lender policies and credit assessment
* Be able to multi-task
* Motivated, self-driven, and performance-focused
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisation
* Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
