Gaming Attendant at Waltzing Matilda Hotel. The role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and gaming regulations, and delivering warm, authentic service.
Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant
* Actively engage with guests, sharing passion for our products and creating memorable moments.
* Contribute positively to a culture of responsibility centred on safety, RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You
* Great with people, detail‐oriented, and motivated to deliver magic for guests and teammates.
* Team player with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and graveyard shifts.
* Current RSA, RCG and gaming licence qualifications. TAB experience desirable but not required.
* Authentic and inclusive, embracing ALH's people‐first culture.
Inherent Requirements
* Hands‐on role involving manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (moving stock, kegs, deliveries). Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
