Location: Multiple locations across Australia. Salary: $90,580 - $96,839 per annum. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Associate. Roles may include working in different locations and shift patterns as required.

Responsibilities
- Working within a team workplace to effectively deliver on work outcomes.
- Managing competing priorities in a dynamic and reactive environment.
- Communicating with people from diverse backgrounds and in range of cultural environments.
- Contributing to policy and program submissions, briefs and reports; providing advice on PALM scheme issues.
- Liaising with employers, workers, and other stakeholders; responding to enquiries to ensure positive outcomes.
- Performing independent research and analysis; documenting decisions on routine matters.
- Establishing and documenting procedures, processes, and internal controls; assisting in strategic planning of the team.
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities for information sharing and joint operations.
Qualifications and Education
- Worker support - Qualifications (or demonstrated relevant experience) in social work, human services, psychology, community development, or a similar field.
- Data Management - Tertiary degree (or equivalent) in quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, maths, data science, and data analytics.
