Job Description Lead development and expansion of technical capabilities beyond current manufacturing processes.
Produce early-stage prototypes and collaborate with sales to provide accurate pricing for new business opportunities.

Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including planning, cross-functional communication, and qualification documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans).
Design and validate custom tooling and manage capital equipment projects (budgeting, IQ/OQ/PQ).
Collaborate with sales and customers to resolve technical issues and provide accurate cost estimates for new opportunities.
Apply LEAN principles and drive Kaizen initiatives for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with ISO ***** and Quality Management System requirements.
The Successful Applicant Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
6-8 years' experience in medical device manufacturing or precious metal processing (gold, silver, platinum).
Knowledge of advanced processes such as micromachining, brazing, electropolishing, and laser technologies.
Strong technical comprehension and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
Familiarity with Lean, JIT, ERP systems (desirable).
