Key Role: Mental Health Clinician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health clinician to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with young people aged 5-18 years and their families/carers to address complex mental health and psychosocial difficulties.
Responsibilities:
* Provide intensive care coordination for a specific case load of young clients
* Work collaboratively as a member of the multidisciplinary team and share team duties
* Assess and treat young people with mental health problems in individual, group, and family contexts
* Provision of therapeutic support to the 'system' around the young person in a collaborative and reflective partnership with other involved agencies
